re: tag post, I get what you mean about finding Virgil kind of attractive. He does the stupid protective/encouraging thing and like it's creepy but it also WORKS as a creeper tactic and just *what if I were less paranoid and more desperate would I fall for something like that* and you can tell Scully's thinking the same thing and maybe even worries that sexist!detective is right about her and I have issues so I like this episode let me dieeeee
It’s creepy because you know that HOSHIT he’s going to eat you and feel no remorse but he’s also very charismatic and tells you exactly what you want to hear and you sort of fall for him plus he looks sort of like a teacher in high school that I had a vague crush on so there’s that.
